Alex Albon has shared his thoughts about his performance at last weekend’s Hungarian Grand Prix.
Albon was speaking to the F1 Nation Podcast after a decent performance at the Hungaroring.
There were plenty of talking points after another Max Verstappen victory.
It was a weekend to forget for Alpine as both of their drivers didn’t make it past the first lap.
The two Frenchman collided going into the first corner although the incident wasn’t their fault.
Lando Norris recorded back-to-back podiums but still managed to break Max Verstappen’s winning trophy in the process.

Further down the grid, Ferrari and Aston Martin will be disappointed not to have challenged Mercedes and McLaren.
They did however occupy the final four points-paying spots at the Hungarian GP, much to the frustration of Alex Albon.
The Thai driver finished a frustrating 11th in what is ultimately another positive result for Williams.
However, after 10 points in his past four races, Albon can’t be too upset with his recent form.
Albon frustrated after Hungarian GP result
Asked how he felt after Sunday’s race, Albon said: “Fine, I’m a little tired, it was a physical one that one was.
“One of those races where it felt like a great race for us, P11, could have stayed in the hotel.
Asked if that’s how you feel about missing out on points now, Albon replied: “That’s it, I’m a changed man now, I have different expectations.
“No, but in all fairness, it all helps. Even a P11 it matters because if you’re tied on points in Constructors Championships they look at P11 and all this kind of thing, so it’s still worth it.”
The Hungarian Grand Prix has been a profitable race for Alex Albon in the past.

During his first season in F1, he recorded a tenth-place finish with Toro Rosso that earned him a promotion to Red Bull for the next race.
He finished fifth a year later, before improving on his 17th-place finish last year by six places on Sunday.
The 27-year-old has been one of the most impressive drivers on the grid this season in a sub-par car.
Williams are improving race after race, but Albon’s incredible skill is flattering one of the grid’s slowest cars.
