Lando Norris has just claimed back-to-back victories at a vital point in the 2025 Formula 1 season after a dominant performance at the Brazilian Grand Prix.
Norris topped every session for McLaren, as he extended his gap over teammate Oscar Piastri in the drivers’ championship to 16 points. Piastri could only manage fifth place.
An intense battle in the closing stages saw Max Verstappen complete a heroic comeback from the pit-lane to third place, but failed to overtake Mercedes’ Kimi Antonelli, who registered his best performance of a turbulent rookie campaign to claim second.
Ferrari had a torrid race, with both drivers retiring. Lewis Hamilton found himself caught up in two separate lap one incidents, while Charles Leclerc was taken out by the Mercedes of Antonelli.
Oliver Bearman scored a second consecutive top-six finish for Haas, while the Racing Bulls drivers battled to the line in seventh and eighth, with Liam Lawson holding on with an impressive one-stop strategy.
Pierre Gasly rounded out the top 10 for Alpine, completing a very solid weekend by pipping a long train to the line.
