F1 is enjoying a huge popularity boom, seeing the 20 drivers who make up the exclusive grid also watching their fanbase expand. Norris is among the most popular drivers in the 2024 F1 ranks, with multiple-time champions Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso and Max Verstappen.
Alonso has been on the grid for longer than every other driver in Formula 1 history, with the Aston Martin pilot boasting an all-time record number of Grand Prix entries. The Spaniard is also a two-time champion, having beaten Michael Schumacher to the title in 2005 and 2006.

Now, you could be in with a chance of landing the perfect Christmas present for the Alonso or Aston Martin fan in your life. Memento Exclusives is working with Aston Martin to host a special auction – via F1 Authentics – providing the chance to win a signed motion simulator.
Aston Martin have made one motion simulator available for fans to bid on in the lead-up to Christmas. It is one of the first to come out of the collaboration between Aston Martin and Memento Exclusives that started in November, and it is even the only version to be signed.

But you will have to be quick to be in with the chance of landing an Aston Martin F1 motion simulator as the perfect Christmas present as the auction will end on December 17, 2024 at 22:00 GMT (17:00 ET or 14:00 PT). There is also an unspecified reserve price on the auction.
The Aston Martin motion simulator offers gamers and sim racers a truly authentic Formula 1 experience. It is shaped on the cockpit and front wing of the AMR24 Alonso and Lance Stroll drove in 2024, and boasts haptic actuators, rumble feedback and a front pivot configuration.

Should you wish to enter the auction for an Aston Martin F1 motion simulator, head over to F1 Authentics before December 17 and place your bid. F1 Authentics is the authority on all F1 memorabilia and reimagined goods including rolling chassis to brake pads and skid planks.
Alonso and Stroll sealed Aston Martin fifth place in the 2024 F1 constructors’ championship driving the AMR24. It was Alonso’s second season at the Silverstone squad and Stroll’s sixth with the team his billionaire father Lawrence Stroll bought in 2018 whilst called Force India.
Aston Martin took points throughout the year, including highs of P5 with Alonso at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix plus sixth-place finishes in Japan, Canada and Azerbaijan. Stroll also got a sixth-place finish in the AMR24 in the 2024 Australian Grand Prix as Alonso took eighth.

Next term will also be a huge campaign for the Silverstone squad with F1 design guru Adrian Newey joining Aston Martin as a shareholder and their new managing technical partner. The Briton is the most successful person in F1 history with his designs winning a total of 26 titles.
Alonso has been on the Formula 1 grid since 2001 when driving for Minardi, before spells at Renault (2003-06), McLaren (2007), Renault (2008-09), Ferrari (2010-14), McLaren (2015-18), Alpine (2021-22) and Aston Martin (2023-at least 2026) and has won 32 Grand Prix yet.
